Premier League Results Screensaver
The Premier League Results screensaver shows the most recently completed Premier League fixtures with their full-time scores, dates and the winning side highlighted. Fixtures without a score yet are dropped rather than drawn as 0-0. It runs in the browser with nothing to install; press ESC to exit.
How the Premier League Results screensaver works
The saver reads TheSportsDB's open tier, which publishes past fixtures free of charge.
No account and no key: the request goes straight from your browser, or from this site's own refreshed copy of the feed where the source does not allow browser access.
Values are drawn on a canvas that resizes with the window, so it works on a laptop or a wall display.
If the source is unreachable the saver says so on screen rather than showing stale numbers as though they were current.
A worked example
Each fixture stacks the home team above the away team with their scores on the right; the winning side is drawn bright and the losing side dimmed, so a glance reads the result. A draw leaves both dimmed. The date sits between the two scores.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this an official feed?
- No. TheSportsDB is community-maintained, which is why it is free. Results normally arrive quickly but can occasionally lag a match by an hour or two, and this saver says so rather than implying it is an official provider.
- Why do some recent matches not appear?
- Because only fixtures with a recorded score are shown. A match in progress, or one whose score has not been entered yet, is left out until it has a result.
- Is this real data?
- Yes. It comes from TheSportsDB's open tier, which publishes past fixtures free of charge. Nothing is invented or simulated, and if the source cannot be reached the saver reports that instead of drawing something plausible.
- Does it cost anything or need an account?
- No. Every screensaver here is free, runs in the browser and needs no sign-up. This one uses a public API that requires no key.
