How the Film Leader Countdown screensaver works
The saver draws the familiar countdown-leader circle with a radial sweep and numbered ticks.
The count loops continuously from 8 down to 2, exactly like classic theatrical film leaders.
Scratches and flicker are added for an authentic aged-film feel.
A tick sound cue mark appears on each beat, purely visual here.
A worked example
