Live DNSSEC validation resolved in your own browser over DNS-over-HTTPS, key-less. Signed domains come back authenticated, unsigned ones simply do not, and dnssec-failed.org must refuse to resolve at all — if it ever answers, validation is off.
It refreshes on a schedule, so what you see stays current.
